Below are the answers to the frequently asked questions from our clients.

How much do we pay to play?
General Admission $16 per child + tax (crawling and older). There is a $2 per child sibling discount; Children under one pay $10+ tax per session (sibling discounts do not apply to infant tickets). If you plan on attending open play regularly, you may also want to consider signing up for a membership! We offer a Membership for $67 (+tax) per month that includes unlimited open play, classes and other great perks!

How long are your play sessions?
When you buy an admission ticket, it is good for the entire open play session! For example, if we are open for open play from 10:00am- 5:00pm, you can arrive anytime after 10:00am and stay up until 5:00pm. You may also leave and come back if you would like, so long as we are not at capacity when you return! (If we have a class, special event, or glow session the same day you purchased a regular open play session, these would be an additional charge if you wanted to attend as well)

At what age do you start charging children to play?
Our play center is designed for children aged 0-7; If your child is on the play floor engaging in playful activity and between the ages of 0 and 7, we do ask that you purchase an admission ticket for your child. If your child is a under a year of age, it is a $10 charge per session, while a year of age and up pay $18 per session; If your infant is just tagging along with a parent, but will not be using the play area, there is no charge for them.

Do we need to take our shoes off?
We have a socks only requirement for our play area. If you or your child do not have socks with you, we will have socks available for purchase at $3 per pair.

Can we bring food in?
Yes. We do allow you to bring food into the lounge area. Food is not permitted in the play areas. Glass bottles/ containers are not permitted.

What kind of classes are you offering?

We currently offer four classes at Playtime Paradise! These classes all take place once a month on Friday mornings from 9:00am to 10:00am, listed below:

  • 1st Friday of the month: Tot Time Dance (Ages 0-5)
  • 2nd Friday of the month: Let’s Create Art Class (Ages 2-5)
  • 3rd Friday of the month: Tummy Time Class (Ages 0-1)
  • 4th Friday of the month: Kids Yoga and Imaginative Play (Ages 2-5)

All classes are $15 per child or $20 per family of 2 or more children. Classes require pre-registration by no later than 7:00pm the night prior to class.

What kind of memberships do you offer?
We offer one membership- the Playtime Paradise Membership: This membership is $67+ tax per month and includes unlimited open play and classes, discounts on all events, 15% off birthday parties, bring a friend free once a month (weekdays only) and more! A sibling discount of $7 is available as well.

I have a child that’s older than 7- can they come too?
Yes! We welcome everyone to our play center. While children older than seven are not allowed to use any of the play equipment (at any time), they are welcome to hangout in the lounge or help a younger sibling play in the play area. If an older child is seen using the play equipment, they will be asked to exit the play area and remain in the lounge for the remainder of your visit. There is also no charge for children older than seven, as they are not permitted to use the play equipment.

I like the idea of a lounge area, but what if I want to join my child inside the play area?
Parents are welcome inside the play area at anytime! The lounge is available for parents who would like to relax or get some work done while keeping a watchful eye on their children in the play area, however if a parent would rather explore the play area with their child, they are encouraged to do so!

Is there room to bring my stroller inside?
Due to limited space, we do ask that strollers remain in your vehicle during your visit. Infant carriers are always welcome!

I am breastfeeding. Will you have an accommodation for me?
We encourage you to feed your child wherever and however you feel most comfortable. Please let us know if you would like additional privacy, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you provide babysitting or drop-off services?
No. Playtime Paradise is an indoor play center, not a daycare facility. Parents are required to be present at all times and remain fully responsible for their children during their visit.

Deposits, Rescheduling, and Party Guidelines

All birthday parties and private play sessions require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Parties can be rescheduled to a later date with a minimum 7 day notice of change needed.
