Monday Schedule
Monday Morning
(Mother's Circle)
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- This class is for the mamas with little ones a year of age and under- Join Mirka of By Your Side Doula Services for an hour of guided conversation about the struggles, highlights and questions you may have within the first year of your child’s life. Meet other local moms with children around the same age in a safe, secured environment. After the hour class, enjoy open play with your little one at the play center until 11:00am without older children present.

Dancefit Xpress Class)
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Join Dancefit Xpress for a mommy & me dance work out class! This class is one hour long and is for all ages. Parents dance for free, while children’s admission is $20 (+tax) per child. All adults attending this class MUST be accompanied by a participating child.

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Join Sarah of Impressions Dance Company for an hour-long mommy & me dance class! This class is for ages 0-4. After class, stay up until 11:00am to enjoy open play at the play center! This class is $20 per child.
Wednesday Evening
(Mommy & Me Pilates)
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Join Dancefit Xpress for a mommy & me pilates class! This class is one hour long and is for all ages. Parents dance for free, while children’s admission is $20 (+tax) per child. All adults attending this class MUST be accompanied by a participating child.

(Little Learners)
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Join homeschool teacher Sarah for a new lesson each week, in addition to crafts, educational games and more! This class is one hour long, followed by an optional one-hour open play session. Ages 2-4 recommended. Admission is $20 (+tax) per child.
Friday Evening
(Mommy & Me Yoga)
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Join Michelle of Brizzed for a one-hour mommy & me yoga class! Perfect for any skill level and all ages. Parents participate for free, while children’s admission is $20 (+tax) per child. All adults attending this class MUST be accompanied by a participating child.
